Delivery within the UK
- FREE Delivery on all orders over £30.
- All products supplied in a quality themed presentation box.
- Same day despatch on all orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday.
The services we offer are as follows;
- Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class - £3.95 (usually within 1-2 working days)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™ - £6.95 (next working day)
Orders placed before 12pm are usually despatched on the same day. Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive at their destination by 1pm on the next working day. A signature is required for all our parcels, so please ensure someone is at home to receive it. You can choose to have your order delivered to an alternative address during the checkout process if required.
Please note orders made after 12pm on a Friday will not be despatched until Monday. All delivery time frames exclude Bank Holidays.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is despatched. This will include the parcel's Royal Mail tracking reference. You can also check the status of your order at any time in the My Account section of the website, which will update with the parcel's Royal Mail tracking reference. You can track your parcel at any time using this reference on the Royal Mail website.
At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. For Special Delivery parcels, please call us if you've not received your item after 3 working days and we will be happy to assist you. Otherwise, if you have not received you parcel within 5 working days, please contact us.
Delivery within the EU / Rest of the world

- Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed - £12.95 (3-12 working days)
Please note that our international delivery service does not have a guaranteed delivery time. Delivery times to Europe are typically around 3 to 7 working days, and 5 to 14 working days for the Rest of the World, however these may vary. If you would like a better estimate of delivery times then please get in touch by email or by phone and we will check for you. A signature is required for all our parcels, so please ensure someone is at home to receive it.

Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the date you received it and we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item. This does not affect your statutory rights, and includes the 14 day statutory cooling off period.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns or process refunds for pierced jewellery if the item has been worn. This includes Earrings, Nose Studs and Body Jewellery.
All our items come with a manufacturers 12 month warranty, so if your product is faulty please contact us as soon as possible.
Prior to returning any item it is important that you contact us to see if we can come to a solution you are happy with that saves you the time and effort of sending something back. If it is unavoidable that you need to return an item, you are responsible for the postage costs of returning the goods to us (refundable if manufacturing fault). We would therefore advise you use a tracked/recorded method of posting. You must ensure the item(s) are adequately packaged to prevent damage in the post.
